Goods get delivered to a real government building that never ordered them, or a refundable registration fee gets paid and never refunded.
Every request is examined and filed with a verdict and the evidence behind it, before anybody quotes or delivers.

Real work is lost because a filter guessed wrong and nobody checks the spam folder.
The spam folder is imported on connect and genuine requests are pulled back into the inbox.

Is RFQ Shield available today?
Not yet. It is feature complete and in build, with billing and the full verdict pipeline working, but it has not opened publicly. If you want to be in the first group using it, phone us and we will put you on the list.
Does it read all of our email?
It reads what arrives in the connected inbox, which is how it can tell a quotation request from everything else. Gmail tokens are encrypted at rest, and patterns learned from one organisation do not carry that organisation’s data to another.
Can you build supplier vetting for the other direction?
Yes. Checking suppliers rather than checking the requests coming in is the same problem turned around, and reading company and B-BBEE paperwork is work we already do elsewhere.
